Nextiva Quick Start provides a quick and easy way to get your basic NextOS implementation configured, and teaches you some best practices for using the platform. We will focus on your accounts and contacts, and if you have Nextiva Voice, we will also walk through how Call Pop works.
Nextiva Quick Start will help you to:

- Understand basics of how to create an account, contact, case, and lead/opportunity
- Understand how interactions work
